10 effective ways to find peace and serenity in sobriety

Hi Im kelly,

My journey with sobriety began at just 13 years old, and it’s been anything but linear. Through the years, I’ve stumbled, fought, healed, and grown — spiritually, mentally, and emotionally. Today, I’m on the right path, grounded in the tools that keep me centered and sober.

Motherhood & Miracles

I’m a proud wife and mom to two incredible daughters — one of whom is a childhood cancer survivor. From the time she was 18 months old until almost 4, we fought that battle side by side. That journey reshaped my soul and ignited in me a deep desire to support other moms facing the impossible — to be a source of hope when the world feels like it’s crumbling.

A House Full of Love (and Fur)

I’m also a grandma, a dog mom to our playful golden doodle Murray, and a cat mom to our sweet (but constantly renamed) kitty boy.
Our home is full of love, chaos, and healing — the beautiful kind of chaos that reminds you you’re alive.

From Finish Lines to Fresh Starts

In a former chapter, I worked as a personal trainer and group fitness instructor. I’ve run two marathons in sobriety, along with countless other races — each finish line reminding me that I’m stronger than the voice that once told me I couldn’t.
For me, movement has always been a form of therapy.

Grace, Growth & Gratitude

I love to travel and I never stop chasing growth — whether it’s found in quiet mornings of spiritual reflection or in loud belly laughs with the people I love.
I believe in peace.
I believe in healing.
And I believe in giving away freely what was once given to me with so much grace.

Why I’m Here

Today, I dedicate my life to helping women — in recovery, in crisis, in motherhood.
Whether you’re navigating sobriety, supporting a sick child, or simply trying to find yourself again:
You are not alone.
I’m here to walk with you.

With love and hope,
Kelly
